Customers First! is an alliance of customer, labor, environmental and business groups, municipalities, retirees, low-income advocates, small electric providers, two wholesale electric suppliers and one investor-owned utility. This diverse group formed in 1996 to work for regulatory reform that made sense for Wisconsin, in contrast to those promoting radical deregulation. The coalition continues to work together to represent tens of thousands of Wisconsin customers and businesses who support energy policies that:

• Preserve affordable and reliable electricity for all Wisconsin customers
• Create Wisconsin jobs and promote economic development
• Promote environmental responsibility
